Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Qeya, we value the craftsmanship and effort that goes into creating every unique piece. To ensure fairness to our artisans and to maintain the integrity of our pricing, we adhere to the following policy:


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all items are FINAL SALE. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before shipping to ensure you receive your purchase in perfect condition.

Exchanges
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at qeya.handmade@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Reverse Pick-Up
    • Available only for select locations covered by our courier partners.
  2. Self-Shipping
    • If reverse pick-up is not available, you will need to self-ship the product back to us.
    • A reimbursement of INR 120 will be provided towards your shipping cost, subject to successful inspection of the returned item.

Exchange Process

Once we receive the item:

  • Our team will inspect it for damage.
  • Upon approval, we will either provide a replacement or, in the case of unavailability, offer one of the following refund options:
    1. Store Credit: Refund value credited to your Qeya account, redeemable for future purchases.
    2. Cash Refund: Bank transfer for COD orders.
    3. Money Back: Refund to the original payment method for online orders.

Please Note:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Slight variations in handcrafted jewelry are natural and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects.


Cancellations

  • Orders once processed cannot be canceled.
  • For any urgent concerns, please contact us immediately after placing your order at qeya.handmade@gmail.com
