Shipping Timeline
- All products are handmade and require up to 10 days to be shipped.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order's journey.
Shipping Charges
- Within India:
- Free shipping for all orders above INR 5000.
- A flat fee of INR 150 applies to orders below INR 5000.
- We do not accept COD orders.
Delivery Timeline
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Important Notes
- Order Cut-Off: The timeline provided is a guideline and may vary due to payment authorization or other unforeseen delays.
- Address Changes: We are unable to redirect orders once they have been confirmed.
- Delivery Days: We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Multiple Shipping Addresses: To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- Unforeseen Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Signature on Receipt: A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.
